In view of the far-reaching research in the various divisions of the University, it is inevitable that new discoveries and inventions will be made.  To facilitate patent applications and licensing, the Board of Trustees for the University of North Alabama has authorized the establishment of a Patent Committee and the adoption of the UNA Patent Policy.
