Welcome to A.S.O homepage at University of North Alabama.

The purpose of this organization is to promote unity, cooperation, education and cultural interest for African students at the University of North Alabama. It describes the mission statement for African students on campus in addition to helping cultivate networks with other student organizations on campus. ASO plans and runs many events throughout the year such as cookouts, educational trips, sports and exhibitions that allow members of the organization to interact. We also aim to extend our membership beyond the members of African countries by increasing the diversity of our membership and interacting with other student associations in the U.S. If you would like to become an ASO member and receive (e mails) about ASO’s upcoming events and other matters of mutual interest, email us at africanuna@live.com.
