It is with great pleasure that I welcome you to the Department of Human Environmental Sciences Food and Nutrition program. As a former graduate of this program I am dedicated to the success of our students and our program. My goal as program director and advisor is to assist you, the student, in achieving your goals here by aiding you in developing a plan for your time here at UNA. As an instructor my goal is to bring my real world experience into the classroom, teach you the material and prepare you for your career after graduation.
