DONOR CLUBS

In an effort to recognize and demonstrate appreciation for donor gifts and other philanthropic support, the University of North Alabama Foundation established annual gift clubs and is developing cumulative gift clubs. It is also expected that these clubs will encourage donor generosity and provide targets for donor sights. Listed by minimum contribution, annual gift clubs are:

Further, the UNA Foundation provides a wide array of opportunities for donors to make named and commemorative gifts. For example, there are a number of named scholarship endowments including the Charles N. Martin, Jr. Scholarship Fund, the Robert M. Guillot/Colonial Bank Scholarship Fund, Susan Kirkman Vaughn History Scholarship Fund, and the William H. Mitchell Endowed Scholarship Fund. Also, an endowed Professorship in English was named in honor of Laura M. Harrison and a Memorial Library Acquisitions Fund was named in honor of Ruth Dacus. Named gift opportunities are available for buildings, classrooms, laboratories and other physical aspects of campus. These major gifts are very special and provide self-renewing resources necessary to provide continuing access to a quality education for current and future generations of students at the University of North Alabama.
