Inter- Fraternity Council

The University of North Alabama Inter-Fraternity Council is the governing body of the fraternity system at UNA. It is composed of two members from each of the eight nationally recognized fraternities at UNA. The IFC functions as an instrument of cooperation among Greek men. We strive to encourage unity and brotherhood among all fraternity men. Our primary concern within the IFC is the promotion of a positive fraternity experience for all Greek men. As a result, UNA fraternities place an emphasis on individual involvement and campus life. It is no wonder that many of our campus leaders are members of the Greek system here at UNA. Close attention is also given to academics. For the fraternity experience to be its best, fraternity men must be serious about maximizing the opportunities for personal growth while maintaining a balance between a social life and academics.
