Research, Teaching and Other Interests:
- Rieff's dissertation displayed how women in the south were deeply affected by the role of the U.S. Extension Service in their lives, entitled: "Rousing the people of the land" : home demonstration work in the deep South, 1914-1950 (Auburn University).
