    Session I


  • June 3   Sunday
    Residence halls open for check-in after 1:00 p.m.
    • *LaGrange is co-ed for summer. New residents for Appleby East & West, Covington, and Hawthorne will check in at this time.

  • June 29   Friday
    LaGrange Hall check-out for ONLY Session I residents by 6:00 p.m.

    • Session II


  • July 2   Monday
    Residence halls check-in for Session II ONLY residents after 1:00 p.m.
    • *LaGrange is co-ed for summer. New residents for Appleby East & West, Covington, and Hawthorne will check in at this time.

  • July 30   Monday
    LaGrange Hall closes at 6:00 p.m.
  • July 30   Monday
    Appleby East and West, Covington, and Hawthorne close at 11:00 a.m.

  • August 1   Wednesday
    Cluster halls open for occupancy.

  • August 17   Friday
    Residence halls open for occupancy for new freshmen only! Check-in from 10:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.

  • August 18   Saturday
    Residence halls open for occupancy for all residents. Check-in from 1:00 p.m. until 5:00 p.m.

  • November 20   Tuesday
    Residence halls close at 6:00 p.m. (Rice, Rivers, LaGrange, Lafayette); check out by 6:00 p.m.

  • November 21-25
    University closed for Thanksgiving holidays.

  • November 25  
    Residence halls (Rice, Rivers, LaGrange, Lafayette) open at 1:00 p.m.

  • December 15   Saturday
    Rice, Rivers, Lafayette, and LaGrange will close at 12 noon on December 15.
