Maintenance
Maintenance issues include but are not limited to:
Lights out
Washers/Dryers not working properly
Bugs
Heat/Air concerns
Water temperature/pressure
Showers/Toilets not working properly
Beeping smoke detectors
When in doubt, report it!
Residence hall students should report your maintenance request directly to the Dept. of Housing:

Once you reach the web page, your ID is "student" and your password is "request".
For emergencies after office hours, please call the Residence Life staff on duty.
Apartment tenants may contact our office directly or report them to
housing-maintenance@una.edu.
For emergencies after hours, please refer to the
list contained on the last page of your apartment
lease.
