Lafayette Honors Hall is a coeducational residence hall primarily dedicated to upper classification students. Lafayette can accommodate 60 men and women students on two floors. Applications to Lafayette Honors Hall requires an additional special application and a selection committee is based on demand, with men and women on alternate floors. Lafayette Honors Hall faces beautiful campus walkways and is adjacent to the Guillot University Center (GUC).

Standard rooms are designed to house two residents per room. Each resident has an extra-long twin bed with mattress, bulletin board, chest of drawers, desk and chair, study lamp, and built-in closet and book shelves. Beds can be bunked, if desired, using bunking pegs available from the resident assistant. Rooms may be painted according to departmental paint policy.

Community bath facilities are located on second and third floors. Each bath facility consists of showers and toilets, all with privacy enclosures, plus lavatories with mirrors.

Convenient card access entrances and 24-hour security are provided. All guests must sign the guest register in the lobby and be escorted by the host resident at all times. Structured visitation hours are enforced.

The first floor of Lafayette Honors Hall encompasses multiple services: the lobby, laundry facilities, kitchen, vending machines, and a community TV lounge/activity area. Also, offices for departmental staff are located off the lobby. Smoking is not permitted anywhere within Lafayette Honors Hall.
