Informal Complaint Policy

If you would like to talk to someone informally about your complaint, you may speak with:

  • Your instructor
  • Your advisor
  • The Curriculum Coordinator in Powers Hall 107
  • The CELL Director in Powers Hall 109

Formal Complaint Policy

There are two ways to file a formal complaint.

  1. Complete the online form and submit it.
  2. Get a copy from:
    • One of the CELL bulletin boards in Powers Hall
    • The ISS receptionist
    • The Curriculum Coordinator in Powers Hall 107
    • The CELL Director in Powers Hall 109

Completed forms may be returned to the person from whom you got the form.

If you need help with the form or a translator, please check with the front desk at ISS, and help will be provided.

The CELL Director will read your complaint, find out more about your complaint, and reply to you.
