Language Partner
- Meet with an ESL (English as a Second Language) student or a small group of ESL students for an hour or two each week and discuss topics that are mutually interesting.
- Purpose? To help ESL students improve their conversational English, give an opportunity to share your culture and learn another, and encourage international students to get involved in campus life.
- Also available, Dual-Language Conversation Partners. Pairs a Critical Language student with an ESL student for conversation practice in both languages. Currently, native speakers of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, Vietnamese, Arabic, and Russian are available.
- Can be counted as community/volunteer service!
