I was born in France and raised in various places across the United States and Europe as an Air Force “brat.” Prior to teaching, I was a Social Worker, and then completed my Masters degree in education from the University of North Alabama 17 years ago. I have spent most of the past 17 years teaching fifth grade, but have currently found a new love – first grade at Kilby Laboratory School. I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, relaxing by the pool, reading, and traveling. My biggest weakness - CHOCOLATE!!!
