I grew up on Colbert Heights Mountain, but I’ve spent the last 12 years in Rogersville, Alabama. I graduated from the University of Alabama in 1994. I taught elementary art in the Florence City School system for 13 years before coming to Kilby in 2008. I’m married to Tim, and we have two children, Sarah and Elijah. My favorite artists are Vincent Van Gogh and Henri Matisse. I belong to three fan clubs: the music group Duran Duran, NASCAR driver Jeff Gordon, and Huntsville Havoc Hockey.
