Collier Library Journal Retrieval Request
Please fill out the form below and submit it to request retrieval of a journal.
In order for us to process your request, you must supply your Name, Status, Email and Phone, as well as the Title, Volume, and Number of the item you are requesting.
Upon receipt, we will process the request within 48 hours during the week.
Materials will be held in the periodicals Department for 3 days, and then returned to storage.
