LIBRARY INSTRUCTION Request Form

If you would like to schedule a library orientation or instruction session for your class please fill out the form below. When you are finished, simply click the Submit button and your request will be sent electronically. You may also email instruction requests to dlthompson@una.edu

Please keep the following in mind when requesting your session:

Required fields are marked with an asterisk (*).

Please complete one form per course section and submit each form at least two weeks in advance of your proposed meeting date.

Please schedule your session in conjunction with a research assignment. Your students will learn more if they have a research need when they come to the library for instruction.

  • Please submit a copy of the assignment the class is working on at the time of your request. You may submit the assignment as an email attachment to dlthompson@una.edu or send it through campus mail to Leigh Thompson, UNA Box 5028.
