Alpha Chi – Career development opportunities in accounting and business are offered with membership in Alpha Chi. Alpha Chi provides an excellent opportunity for involvement with professional organizations. Dr. Jerry Ferry and Lorraine Glassock are the advisors.
Computer Information Systems/Data Processing Management Association – The CIS/DPMA Club’s major contribution to student life is providing a background education for careers by means of tours through computer centers, guest speakers, and attendance at regional and national computer-related conferences. CIS/DPMA Club members are CIS majors or minors. A drawing for two $150.00 scholarships is held each semester. The faculty advisor for the organization is Dr. William A. Hailey.
Delta Mu Delta – Delta Mu Delta is
a national honor society for students majoring in business
administration programs. The organization offers scholarships
and encourages students to maintain their high grade-point
averages. The organization also gives its members opportunities
to meet alumni members within the business community.
MBA Club - The primary goal of the organization is to
provide Masters of Business Administration students with
networking opportunities with fellow classmates, local and
visiting entrepreneurs, and faculty.
Phi Beta Lambda – Phi Beta Lambda
is a non-profit educational association made up of students
pursuing careers in business or business education. Its stated
purpose is to bring together the business world and academics
in a positive working relationship. The national organizations
offers programs and services that create a forum in which
students, educators and business people learn about one another.
The transition from college to career is enhanced through
networking, guest speakers and improved business skills.

Society of Human Resource Management – The Society of Human Resource Management is dedicated to promoting the fields of Human Resources Management and Personnel. The group seeks to keep its members informed about current issues and topics related to this field. The Society of Human Resource Management seeks to develop business contacts as well as working relations in the business community.
