The North Alabama Law Enforcement Training Center is changing our name. We will soon be known as the University of North Alabama Public Safety Institute. We will be serving all emergency service personnel and management. We are proud to provide the following training.

TIME: 8am-5pm This is a (1) day course

CLASS DESCRIPTION:

The itinerary for this course is;

Morning 8am-1200pm

• Introduction
• Safety rules
• Safe action system design
• Function of safeties
• Unloading & clearing
• Field stripping & reassembly
• Detail disassembly & Reassembly of slide

LUNCH (PROVIDED)

Afternoon session 1pm-5pm

• Detail disassembly & reassembly of receiver
• Fire control component configurations/engagement
• Multiple practice disassembly & reassembly of entire pistol
• Options/Alternate parts offered
• Sights/tools
• Diagnostics/ trouble shooting guides
• Review
• Written examination (minimum required score 80%)
• Class completion & farewell
