FLORENCE, Ala.—The Office of Continuing Studies and Outreach at the University of North Alabama will offer Developing Performance Goals and Standards and Providing Performance Feedback on Feb. 11.

Developing Performance Goals and Standards help managers learn the SMART (Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Results-oriented and Time-framed) system. Throughout the workshop, they will review video presentations and case studies, participate in group discussions, practice new skills and receive immediate feedback.

Providing Performance Feedback will provide the tools required to adjust individual performance. With its focus on logical processes and reasonable commitments, PPF can help even experienced managers evaluate and improve performance more effectively.

The cost for each course is $139 with discounts available for groups of three or more. Developing Performance Goals and Standards will be held from 8 a.m. until noon, and Providing Performance Feedback will be help from 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. on Feb. 11. Both classes will be held at the UNA East Campus in room 105.
