UNA OFFERS COMMUNICATING UP, RESOLVING CONFLICT COURSE

FLORENCE, Ala.—The Office of Continuing Studies and Outreach at the University of North Alabama will offer leadership training courses, Communicating Up and Resolving Conflict, on March 10 at UNA’s East Campus in room 105.
The first course will be held from 8 a.m. until noon. Communicating Up helps managers learn the process required for informative and productive dialogs that will be helpful in communications with senior managers.
The second course will be held from 12:30 – 4:30 p.m. Resolving Conflict helps managers develop skills to identify the source of team member conflicts and correct them.
Both workshops will include a review of video presentations and case studies along with participation in-group discussions.
