UNA CROWNS FIRST MS. INTERNATIONAL

FLORENCE, Ala. – The University of North Alabama named Taeko Abe as its first Ms. International the night of April 17. She was crowned at the university’s inaugural Ms. International Leadership/Scholarship Pageant. Abe, of Kanagawa, Japan, is a junior majoring in Spanish.
Second runner up was Eiko Hareyama, a senior from Hokkaido, Japan. Third runner up was Judith Ezejimofor, a sophomore from Nkpor, Nigeria.
