       The following information is intended for employers, credit card companies, scholarships, insurance companies, third parties and other agencies needing to verify student enrollment at UNA, or verification of degrees earned.  See AGENCY INSTRUCTIONS listed below.

    Also, to conveniently serve UNA students around the clock, UNA has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse to act as its agent for verification of student enrollment status.  See STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS listed below.

The University of North Alabama has authorized the National Student Clearinghouse           (NSC) to provide Enrollment and Degree verification.  Please contact the National Student Clearinghouse  (NSC) at:

Enrollment verification for currently enrolled students is available 24 hours a day,  7 days a week, 365 days a year, via the Clearinghouse web site.  Enrollment verification for students enrolled prior to August, 1994, will be processed in a timely manner.  All enrollment verification requests are processed via the Clearinghouse.

Information needed includes:

• All names ever used

• Social Security number

• Date of birth 

• Attendance dates

• No verifications will be processed via e-mail

STUDENT INSTRUCTIONS

1. Click on the Student's icon.

2. Click on the link for Performing Enrollment Verifications, and follow instructions.  Please be prepared to pay a $2.50 fee by entering your Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card number.

3. Print your Enrollment Verification Certificate.

This Enrollment Verification Certificate can be presented to health insurance agencies, housing authorities, consumer product companies, banks, etc., when asked to provide official evidence of enrollment at UNA.
