Department of Residence Life

UNA Residence Halls currently offer four different theme options in addition to the traditional and cluster style housing.

If you are a member of a UNA NPC Sorority, the 2nd and 3rd floors of both Appleby East and Appleby West are where those women call home.  To learn more about UNA's Greek system, check out the Department of Student Engagement: Greek Life office for more information.

The UNA Honors Program calls Lafayette Hall Home.  All Honors Students are invited to live in this 58 person hall.  For more information about the UNA Honors Program, contact Dr. Vince Brewton, Director or check out the Honors Program website.  He will be glad to help you with any and all information you might need about the Honors Program.

If you are looking for an opportunity to foster and expand your Leadership skills while living in a supportive residential community with other UNA student leaders, look no further than LaGrange Leaders in Residence.  This co-ed by wing community is located on the 5th floor of the newly renovated (Summer 2008) LaGrange Hall.  Here are some of the benefits of the program:

Live in a Close Knit Community, Develop Self Knowledge and Leadership Competency, Road Trips! - Service Projects and Alternative Spring Break, Identify and learn to utilize your Strengths with the Clifton Strength's Finder, Leadership Conference, Development Training and the chance to be a part of a POSITIVE Social Change at UNA and our Community!!

The Life House is an environment that stresses a substance-free lifestyle while leading a balanced life - academically, physically, spiritually, socially, emotionally, and environmentally!  Some of the program benefits include:

Collaborative Programming with Bennett Health and Wellness, the Student Recreation Center and the HPER Program, Yoga and Pilates Studio on the 4th Floor, Monthly Roundtables, and A Community of Students Striving to Live a Healthy Lifestyle.
