Students First, Cadets Second, Successful Always

Senior Cadets are selected by the Lion Battalion Cadre to hold leadership positions within the Core of Cadets.   Cadets are selected based on their performance at the Leadership Development Assessment Course (LDAC), Academics, Physical Fitness and their potential for increased responsibility.  Once selected, Cadets assume their leadership role at the beginning of the Fall Semester during the welcome back ceremony held at Wesleyan Annex.  Since most are seniors in the program they will end their tenure by commissioning as a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army.
