Where to stay & eat

Think choosing a major is tough? Try deciding on where you are going to eat! Not only does the Shoals have one of the best colleges in the nation (yeah, we’re braggin’), but we also have some of the finest food you ever put in your mouth. If you want to stay on campus you can dine in Towers Cafeteria or the Guillot University Center Food Court, both operated by Sodexo Dining Services. At the GUC Food Court, you can choose between SubConnection, Mein Bowl, A&W All American Food, Pizza Hut Express, or Einstein Bros Bagels. There is also a WOW Cafe & Wingery located in the Student Recreation Center. If you choose to venture off campus you do not have to go far to find something tasty. Ricatoni’s Italian Grill, Rosie’s Cantina, and Trowbridge’s are all staples of Court Street in downtown Florence.
