8 minutes and 46 seconds. May 25, 2020 will forever be remembered as a tipping point in our nation’s history on race, civil discourse, and politics. During June 2020, after the murder of George Floyd in Minneapolis, Minnesota, protests spread rapidly throughout the country. And the frequent declarations that Black Lives Matter, All Lives Matter, activists and protesters also discovered another truth, that diversity and inclusion are vitally important to our country, way of living, social aspects, and professional lives as well.
