One of the main functions of DEI is to help connect and form community - a sense of belonging.
The Division supports student organizations and keeps our students engaged, and aware of what’s happening on campus. In addition, advancing and embracing diversity is not only an integral part of UNA’s mission, it is critical to preparing our students to promote cultural interaction, cultural competence as well as a focus on inquiry, respect, and knowledge throughout the campus community and beyond.
