SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FOR RPNow/MAC USERS:
Students using Remote Proctor Now (RPNow) and a MAC: MAC 10.10 is now supported for use with Remote Proctor Now. Students that use Remote Proctor NOW can begin taking their exams with the new Operating System. If students experience issues, please call the RPNow support line. Courses requiring Remote Proctor Now will not use the Respondus Lockdown Browser to test.

All technical-based questions/issues will be escalated directly to L2 support and responded to from 8AM-6PM ET, Monday-Friday. For Canvas support please contact UNA support from inside your Canvas course. Click HELP and Report a Problem. Canvas support is available 7:30 am - 4:00 pm (summer semester) and 8:00 am - 4:30 pm (fall and spring semesters). Responses are usually within one (1) business day.
