Office of Diversity and Institutional Equity

The Office of Diversity and Institutional Equity (ODIE) leads the University’s strategic efforts in achieving institutional excellence through diversity and inclusion.  The primary role of the Office of Diversity and Institutional Equity is to provide oversight and leadership in the campus’s mission to provide a welcoming and inclusive living, learning and working environment that supports diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Per the Strategic Diversity Plan, ODIE’s goals are to promote, integrate, and take action to create a diverse University Community.  ODIE is committed to providing an inclusive and welcoming environment where students, faculty, and staff can succeed and thrive.  We seek to provide the campus community with tools and opportunities to become empowered change agents that result in a campus culture that fosters, acknowledges and celebrates the differences and similarities that define members of our community.
