Nov. 30 - Feb 12

The Tunnel of Oppression is designed to raise awareness about different forms of oppression. It is an interactive presentation, The Tunnel is an eye-opening, conscious-raising experience: a brief introduction for those who have rarely or never experienced oppression. It will encompass an approximately 30-minute guided tour in and out of various theaters. The goal of this project is to create deeper  understanding around various areas of diversity. The Tunnel of Oppression is loosely based on the Museum of Tolerance in Los Angeles, CA, and the Holocaust Museum in Washington, D.C.

Students are needed to work with the Diversity Student Ambassadors (DSA) and UNA faculty to assist in creating the various rooms and to participate as actors. Please sign up if you are interested.
