Faculty and Staff Delivery Policy and Form

Collier Library offers book and materials delivery to faculty, staff, and graduate students. 

By signing up for campus delivery, all interlibrary loan items will automatically be delivered. All items that are requested through the online catalog with "My Office" as the selected delivery location will be delivered as well.  

Upon receipt, you will be designated a campus delivery recipient and items will begin delivery to your departmental office within 24 hours. If you have questions please contact Derek Malone at or call 256-765-4768.

Faculty/Staff/Graduate student must return materials to the specified departmental location, Collier Library or drop box by the due date.

  • Delivery Service is for faculty, staff, and graduate students only;
  • Please, allow 24 hours for delivery information to process;
  • Delivery routes run daily Monday-Friday in the afternoon;
  • Pick-up routes run Friday only, please contact to schedule a pick-up;
  • Materials will be delivered to the faculty/staff/graduate student's department;
  • Material(s) must be returned to the department, library or drop box by the due date;
  • Form must be filled out completely.
