University of North Alabama Theatre Presents Eurydice

FLORENCE, Ala. – The University of North Alabama Theatre will present Eurydice, April 6, 7, 12, 13 and 14, at 7:30 p.m., and April 8 and 15, at 2 p.m., in the George S. Lindsey Theatre.

A 2003 play by Sarah Ruhl, Eurydice retells the myth of Orpheus from the perspective of his wife, Eurydice.  The story focuses on Eurydice's choice to return to earth with Orpheus or to stay in the underworld with her father. Eurydice is presented by special arrangement with Samuel French Inc.

Tickets are $10 for the public or $5 UNA students, faculty, staff or alumni.
