FLORENCE, AL – The University of North Alabama’s Director of Agile Strategy Lab, Ed Morrison, and College of Business Executive in Residence, Janyce Fadden, have been recognized by the online review website, Soundview. Morrison and Fadden’s book, Strategic Doing: 10 Skills for Agile Leadership, has been selected as one of the 30 Best Business Books of 2019. Soundview reviews books on business and distills key points to locate those that make a positive impact on the professional development of business professionals.

“We are so thrilled to be recognized when so many business books are published each year,” said Fadden. “Our book’s focus on the practice of agile leadership details an emerging area and is one of the first to deeply cover the needed professional skills.”

Strategic Doing: 10 Skills for Agile Leadership presents new methods on complex collaborations with a guide that leads readers toward a path of success. This curriculum provides students with the tools to form collaborations, move toward measurable outcomes, and make adjustments along the way. UNA’s Institute for Innovation and Entrepreneurship offers workshops and practitioner training to private and public sector organizations.
