Accelerated Master's Program

The Department of Psychology participates in UNA's Accelerated Master's Program (AMP). In collaboration with the Department of Counselor Education and the Department of Sociology and Family Studies, Psychology majors may be eligible to participate in the AMP program. The Psychology AMP permits qualified Psychology majors to take up to 9 hours of graduate-level coursework that may count as both elective psychology course credit and credit towards a graduate degree in one of the following programs:  Clinical Mental Health Counseling, School Counseling, or Family and Community Services.
