As I am sure everyone is aware, the University of North Alabama is committed to student safety and is constantly monitoring the situation concerning COVID-19. Many academic events, both on and off campus, have already been canceled or rescheduled. I know for many of you the chance to present your original research is an exciting opportunity, but the Center for Student Research is going to follow the guidelines recommended by the Alabama State Department of Health, the Center for Disease Control, and general UNA procedures. I regret to inform you that Scholars Week for 2020 has been canceled.
The Center for Student Research is presenting Scholars Week, April 20-23, 2020. This week will be dedicated to the representation of all forms of research and creative activity. We will host exhibitions, displays, performances, poster presentations, oral presentations, and departmental symposiums. All students from the arts to the sciences are encouraged to participate. Each student interested in participating in Scholars Week must be sponsored by a Faculty member and fill out the form below. We are excited that all students have an opportunity to express their creativity and present their research on campus at UNA.
