Jason Petty began his acting and singing odyssey on the stage of the Ryman Auditorium in Nashville, TN, portraying country music legend, Hank Williams, in Randal Myler's musical, "Lost Highway." After several national tours, Petty joined Myler again in New York for an Off Broadway run of the show and won the Obie Award for Outstanding Performance in 2003. Jason's other acting credits include portraying Stephen Foster in the world premiere musical, "Beautiful Dreamer," Civil War General Stonewall Jackson in "Stonewall Country", Johnny Cash in "Ring of Fire" and many others. Jason has written, directed and produced 6 musicals that are constantly touring the USA and Canada. He is very excited to be rejoining Myler again for this world premiere production. Jason wishes to thank his wife, Hope, and kids, Loralei and James, for always supporting every crazy idea he's ever had. You can't continue to work on the building unless you have a strong foundation.
