Register for training

The division of Business and Financial Affairs is offering refresher training sessions in Stevens Hall, Room 102.  

These sessions will provide a refresher level of training for Self Service Finance and Human Resources users on campus and provide any opportunity for attendees to ask questions they may have concerning the following: 

  • Budget analysis (including how to read your budget, view detailed transactions, calculate current balance/available to spend)
  • Purchasing Procedures (how to enter a requisition)
  • Accounts Payable Procedures(how to get your vendor paid)
  • Human Resources Employee Self Service (how to process EPAFs, request tuition remission, enter/approve time, hiring procedures) 

Personnel from the Offices of Business and Financial Affairs, Controller, Purchasing, Human Resources and Accounts Payable will be available to answer questions that you may have.
