Lunch and Learn

Healthy UNA offers faculty and staff an easy and convenient way to learn about health related topics such as stress management, nutrition, and exercise while taking their lunch break. Faculty and staff may attend during lunch to educational information presented by a guest speaker. Examples of some of the topics have been Sugar Alternatives, Meditation, Chair Yoga, Easy Desk Exercises, How to Get Quality Sleep, and much more. Registration is required for Lunch and Learns. Register by clicking the form below for each Lunch and Learn you will be attending.
