Stress Awareness Month
Every year in April, people around the world recognize Stress Awareness Month. Due to COVID - 19, we are not able to have our typical Lunch and Learns and other in-person informational forums. But, have no fear, Healthy UNA is still here to help! We will be periodically uploading videos, articles, and activities to recognize and manage stress. These tools, tips, and techniques will be short, sweet, and to the point to help guide you during stressful times like our current Coronavirus pandemic.
