Office of Student Accounts
The Office of Student Accounts provides student account and billing information and receives payments for tuition, fees and miscellaneous charges.
You can visit the Office of Student Accounts, or the Business Office, in the basement of Bibb Graves Hall at the cashier's window.
Important Dates
SUMMER 2013
May 10, 2013 - Last day for 100% refund for the May Intersession courses
May 13, 2013 - Payment deadline for the May Intersession
May 23, 2013 - Payment deadline for preregistration. Students schedule will be deleted for failure to pay amount due.
June 4, 2013 - Last day for 100% refund of tuition and fees for the Regular Summer Session and Session I
June 5, 2013 - Last day for 50% refund of tuition only for the Regular Summer Session and Session I
June 14, 2013 - A $50 charge will be added to accounts with delinquent balances
July 2, 2013 - Last day for 100% refund of tuition and fees for Session II
July 3, 2013 - Last day for 50% refund of tuition only for Session II
July 12, 2013 - A $50 charge will be added to accounts with delinquent balances
SPRING 2013
January 2, 2013 - Payment deadline for preregistration. Students schedule will be deleted for failure to pay amount due.
January 16, 2013 - Last day for 100% refund of tuition and fees. After this date, there is no refund of tuition and fees.
January 25, 2013 - A $50 charge will be added to accounts with delinquent balances
February 6, 2013 - Students schedule is subject to cancellation for failure to pay delinquent balances in full. A $75 fee will apply for reinstatement.
