Admissions
University of North Alabama(UNA) seeks to serve a diverse student body including international students from around the world. International students help create an international learning and living environment while pursuing a unique American higher education experience.
Application Classification
UNA encourages and accepts applications from prospective international students who apply for enrollment under the following categories:ESL
Non-degree English as a Second Language Certificate Program
Undergraduate Freshman
International students who earned a high school diploma and bring no college transfer credit to UNA.
Undergraduate Transfer
International students with earned college credits from another college or university in the US or abroad may apply as a transfer student to UNA.
Graduate
International students with a BA or BS degree may apply for UNA graduate programs.
Graduate Transfer
International students with earned graduate courses credit from another college or university may apply to UNA as a transfer graduate student. Only 6 hours of graduate credit will transfer to UNA.
International students with earned college credits from another college or university in the US or abroad may apply as a transfer student to UNA.
