University of North Alabama Computer Services provides your first line of support through Help Desk.
Either through a phone call (765.4210) or via e-Mail (cpsupport@una.edu), the Help Desk is available year round during business hours by phone and after hours using e-Mail.
Our Purpose:
- Assist Faculty and Staff with any issues regarding their college provided computer equipment
- Provide Faculty and Staff with email assistance, Angel Learning System support and help in troubleshooting software issues
- Assist Students with email, portal and Angel Learning System issues.
