PC Support Techs

The PC Support Techs at University of North Alabama interact with end users to a much greater extent than other computer services staff. They maintain the end user’s daily experiences with computer hardware and software.
The Techs are responsible for installation of new PCs to the end users that include imaging, adding applications and transferring user data, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They maintain and repair all PCs and peripherals in all labs and offices across campus.
