UNA Theatre serves as the focal point for three theatre-oriented student organizations: Alpha Psi OmegaUniversity Players, and Tau Epsilon Kappa

Alpha Psi Omega

Alpha Psi Omega is the national theatre fraternity. Membership in UNA's Zeta Rho cast of Alpha Psi Omega is open to students involved in all areas of theatre. Invitation to membership is based upon contribution and excellence in theatre, on/offstage and in the classroom. the Zeta Rho cast functions as a service organization, assisting with department activities include sponsoring or assisting with the Dracula Blood Drive, the George Lindsey/UNA TV and Film Festival and concession sales at theatre productions. Alpha Psi Omega meetings are held every other Monday at 2pm (See Schedule Listed Below).

University Players

University Players is one of the oldest groups on campus and is composed of students from all areas of the university. University Players is an organization whose goal are to promote and stimulate interest in the dramatic acts on campus and in the community, to assist with recruitment and outreach and to further theatre education and community/campus enrichment among those interested in the dramatic arts. Past activities have included high school acting workshops, sponsoring student productions and participation in campus events such as Homecoming and Spring Fling. University Players meetings are held every other Monday at 2pm (See Schedule Listed Below).

Tau Epsilon Kappa

Tau Epsilon Kappa (TEK) is open to theatre students interested in developing their skills and artistry in theatre technology and then putting those skills to work in various events scheduled for Norton Auditorium. TEK students assist with UNA Theatre productions as well as UNA Music events and touring productions such as Will Rogers Follies, Godspell, Cyrano de Bergerac, Much Ado About Nothing and A Chorus Line. Tau Epsilon Kappa also sponsors a movie night in Norton Auditorium each semester.
