About UNA

The University of North Alabama is an accredited, comprehensive regional state university that offers more than 300 undergraduate, graduate, and doctoral degree programs and concentrations. Our 130-acre campus provides students the same amenities, support, and beauty of a larger school while maintaining the benefits of a close-knit community.

Beyond campus, the idyllic city of Florence, alongside its three neighboring cities (Muscle Shoals, Sheffield, and Tuscumbia), boasts a rich cultural history, stunning outdoor recreational opportunities, and a lower cost of living compared to nearby metros.
