Welcome!
Welcome to the web home of the University of North Alabama’s Center for Writing Excellence, housed in the basement of Collier Library. The Center’s mission is three-fold:

to provide all UNA students with instruction and writing resources;

to provide UNA faculty with teaching resource support and professional development opportunities in Writing Across the Curriculum (WAC) and Writing in the Disciplines (WID);

and to facilitate and develop community-oriented programs in writing, reading, and writing-as-critical thinking.
