HES 323 (3) Interior Materials and Codes
Knowledge of materials and finishes appropriate in residential and non-residential applications. Fire, health and safety codes, accessibility guidelines, as well as durability maintenance and life cycle costs, will be discussed.

Create and visualize designs through digital mediums. 3D Modeling software will be used to produce a series of images and animation sequences to illustrate student designs. Prerequisite: HES 264 and HES 343. Special Fee: $30.00

Planning and design of interior spaces for non-residential applications. Technical document creation, project management, design and specification of interior architectural materials and furnishings.
