Daniel Leasure Application

This award will recognize one fraternity or sorority chapter at the University's Awards Gala.

This award will be given to the chapter who obtains the highest percent of points, based on the areas below. All programs and activities must have occurred between January 1, 2018 and December 31, 2018. To apply for this award, please address each criterion and provide all documentation to verify the accuracy.

The winner will be announced at the UNA Awards Gala on April 23, 2019.

Events may include topics of self-esteem, eating disorders, domestic violence, fitness, etc. These can be cosponsored with another organization or department.
Risk management programs include alcohol education, Title IX, etc.
