Directory Photo Schedule

We love putting a face to every name here at UNA! We strive to make it our facuty and staff known through our online directory. To have your photo included in our directory, follow the simple instructions below.

Please note: Directory photos are only intended for full time faculty and staff of UNA. If you are not a full time faculty or staff of the University, you will not be included in our directory. Additionally, if you arrive at our offices outside of the hours listed below, we will not be avilable to take your directory photo.

 

We are currently accepting those who need directory photos at these dates and times:

 

Thursday, January 22nd 9-12pm

 

Wednesday, January 28th 2-4pm

 

Thursday, February 5th 9-12pm

 

Thursday, February 19th 2-4pm

 

Thursday, March 5th 9-12pm

 

Monday, March 16th 9-12pm

 

Monday, April 20th 9-12pm

 

Thursday, April 23rd 2-4pm

 

Monday, May 4th 1-3pm

 

  

DIRECTORY PHOTO INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Within the times listed above, arrive to the Offices of Enrollment Marketing & Digital Communication, Room 21 in the Lowest Level of Cramer Way. The photo studio will be to your left as you come in.
  • Please arrive presentable and camera ready. 
  • Provide your UNA-issued email address to our photographer.
  • Smile!
  • After your photo has been taken, it will be available for download on our Faculty and Staff Page on SmugMug.
  • Your photo be included in UNA's online directory soon after.
