For New Student Advising and Registration:

• Umbrella in case of rain
• State-issued picture ID
• Car tag number and car registration for the car you'll be using at UNA - Click here to register your vehicle early.  (The MANE Card # on the vehicle registration form is the L# you received in your admissions acceptance letter.) 
• Proof of Immunization - All first-time incoming students must submit proof of immunization by logging into MedProctor and creating a student account. The UNA student email address is used to set up the account. (Proof is not required to attend August 19th orientation but it is strongly recommended to submit online as early as possible before classes begin.) Education Majors Only:   All transfer students majoring in Education must secure suitability clearance from the Alabama State Department of Education (ALSDE) based on ASBI/FBI fingerprints.  The process takes 7-10 days, so it is suggested that the fingerprinting be done at least two weeks prior to attending New Student Advising and Registration.  Background clearance must be secured prior to registering for any courses which include clinical experiences.  Click here for directions on obtaining background clearance.
