I2E2 is an opportunity for artists and non-artists to develop new forms of communication to promote access and equity in the arts and arts education. The cornerstones of the conference look to promote

Equity: How do we ensure that students are given equitable access to the arts no matter their circumstance? 
Dialogue: How do you promote an environment where all sides are heard, where no limitations are acceptable, and/or thoughts and ideas are not hindered in any way?
Freedom of Expression: How do we build on what is acceptable dialogue?
Competency: How do we build an understanding and/or passion of the arts in its various forms? What is the role or function of the arts in society? 

Proposals are now being accepted for performances, presentations, and interactive workshops that promote these areas. Presenters will have a discounted registration rate of $50.
